Anmeldung Fachschaftsratswahl

Hinweise

• Wahlen müssen drei Tage dauern
• Der Wahltermin muss in der Vorlesungszeit liegen.
• Eine Zusammenlegung mit Fachrats- oder anderen Wahlen ist oft sinnvoll, die Fachratswahlen müssen jedoch eigens angemeldet werden.
• Nach der Anmeldung erstellt der zentrale Wahlausschuss die Wahlbekanntmachung. Sie muss 28 Tage, davon mindestens 15 Vorlesungstage, vor dem ersten Wahltag bei euch aushängen. Bitte beachtet: der Wahlausschuss muss die Bekanntmachung erst noch erstellen, es kann also noch dauern, bis die Bekanntmachung erstellt wird.
• Die offizielle Bekanntmachung der Wahl wird euch und dem Dekanat eurer Fakultät zugeschickt,
• zusätzlich erhaltet ihr Plakate und Flyer, um die Studierenden zu informieren.
• Die Kandidaturen müssen spätestens 5 Vorlesungstage vor dem ersten Wahltag um 16 Uhr im StuRabüro sein.

• Für die Wahlen gilt die StuRa-Wahlordnung, es sei denn die Fachschaft hat eine eigene Wahlordnung.

Hinweise fürs Sommersemester 2018

• Im Sommersemester 2018 sind Wahlen ab dem 4. Mai möglich, wenn sie rechtzeitig in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit angemeldet wurden.
• Kandidaturen sollten spätestens 5 Vorlesungstage vor dem ersten Wahltag eingegangen sein. Letzter Termin für die Anmeldung von Wahlen im Sommersemester 2018 ist voraussichtlich der 20. Juni. Wahlen sollen spätestens am 24. Juli beginnen.
• Im Sommersemester sind Fachschaftsratswahlen während der StuRawahlen nur nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Wahlausschuss möglich.

• Elections must last for 3 days.
• The first day of the election must be during the lecture time of the semester.
• Holding Fachschaftsrats and Fachrats elections simultaneously is very practical. If you intend to do so, just register them for the same dates and inform us about your intentions, by writing them into the 'Remarks' field of the form. Don't forget that the Fachrats elections also must be registered.
• After registrating the Wahlausschuss will take care of the announcement. It must be posted in a public place at your seminar/institution at least 28 days (of which 15 must be days within lecture time) ahead of the election itself. 
• The needed papers will be sent to you and the deans office of your faculty.
• Additionally you will receive posters for advertisment of your election.
• Those who want to run for office must hand in their candidacy at the very latest 5 days before the election is to be held.
